This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store, Prinzen Sweets.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
• You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
• The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including certain food and confectionery products.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Products that have been custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.
